Responsibilities
- 1Create videos, streams, or social media content about TraceMC
- 2Help promote events and new features to the community
- 3Engage with our community on social platforms
Requirements
- 1Active content creator with existing audience
- 2Understanding of social media and content marketing
- 3Passion for creating entertaining gaming content
Concept Designer
Design innovative game concepts and features that developers will bring to life.
Responsibilities
- 1Create detailed concept documents for new game modes and features
- 2Work closely with developers to ensure concepts are technically feasible
- 3Balance game mechanics and provide clear specifications for implementation
Requirements
- 1Strong understanding of game design principles and Minecraft mechanics
- 2Ability to document ideas clearly with diagrams and specifications
- 3Experience playing various Minecraft game modes and understanding what makes them fun
Supporter / Moderator
Help maintain a positive community environment and assist players with their questions.
Responsibilities
- 1Answer player questions and provide assistance in-game and on Discord
- 2Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
- 3Report bugs and gather community feedback for improvements
Requirements
- 1Mature, friendly, and patient personality
- 2Active on TraceMC with good knowledge of server features
- 3Available for several hours per week to support the community
Minecraft Developer (Java)
Build innovative plugins and systems that power unique gameplay experiences in Minecraft.
Responsibilities
- 1Develop custom plugins for game modes and server features using Java
- 2Optimize server performance and fix bugs
- 3Collaborate with concept designers and team members to implement new features
Requirements
- 1Proficient in Java and Minecraft plugin development (Spigot/Paper)
- 2Understanding of database systems and server architecture
- 3Experience with Git, versioning, Docker, and Kubernetes fundamentals
- 4Portfolio of previous plugins or code samples
Web Developer
Create and maintain modern web applications that enhance the TraceMC player experience.
Responsibilities
- 1Develop and maintain web applications (dashboards, admin panels, APIs)
- 2Integrate web services with game servers and databases
- 3Ensure responsive design and optimal user experience
Requirements
- 1Proficient in modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL)
- 2Experience with backend development and RESTful/GraphQL APIs
